We deliver to accommodations in the Niseko area (near ski resorts).
Same-day delivery is available, except during peak season and peak hours.
Priority is given to reservations.
Our staff will provide instructions on setting up and using the equipment.
※ We can’t deliver to some accommodation if there is another rental company there.
※Delivery to ski resorts is not possible.
※It takes more time in full set fitting.
4.Payment Metod
Please pay charge of all your rental in cash(Japanese yen) or credit card at the fitting time.
We accept credit card payment of VISA, Master, JCB, AMERICAN EXPRESS, Diners Club and DISCOVERY.
5.Picking up rental items
We will come at appointed time and place to pick up rental items after the rental period expires.
*Please contact us at least by the day before for rental extensions.
